Submission Process:

* Documents needed to submit your file to underwriting: most recent 4 months bank statements & our 1 page application. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: Typically,  within  24 hours, your account  agent will secure approval and will review funding options with you. A 5-10 minute call is necessary to review these options to see if we are a good fit. If you file is declined initially, we will discuss with you and see if we can secure an approval with our aggressive lenders. This can take an additional 24 hours for a decision.

* If   you  want  to move   forward, we   then  request   the   agreement   from   the lender.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Typically, you will have the agreement/contract within a couple hours. Along with the agreement there will be a list of documents needed for the lender to perform their due diligence for final approval.

Fundings less than $75,000
What to expect & Documents needed:

  • Voided Check
  • Drivers license
  • Business license (if applicable)
  • Proof of Ownership (K-1 page of tax return will suffice)
  • Most recent filed Business Tax Return: Only a few lenders may request this.
  • Bank Verification (Lender will perform)

Fundings from $75,000-$2,000,000
All of the above apply and a few more documents will be necessary to complete funding:

  • Most Recent Business Tax Return
  • Previous Year Finacials (P&L balance Sheet)
  • Current Year to Date Financials (P&L balance Sheet)
  • Current Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable reports (Only if requested)
  • Current Debt schedule (Only if  Requested, not mandatory)
  • Some additional documents may be requested on a deal by deal basis.
